The day has come. The day most people don’t like. Mondays…the majority of people wake up not motivated and not excited for the beginning of the week, especially people who are attending school. When people wake up, the first thing most people say is, “Ugh, I don’t want to wake up,” (besides those of us who think that every morning) or “Can’t it just be Friday already?” This is a guide to help you get ready and “survive” Mondays.

  1. Think or plan of something to look forward to.

Mondays have their ups and downs and for most people it’s not the best day of the week. To start liking Monday you should plan or think of something that can be fun for you that will happen. Think of something positive at school or at least be happy for example you get to see your friends.

  1. Get a good night’s sleep.

Getting a good night sleep is very important because your sleep is part of your energy. Having enough energy will help you get through the day. You will feel so much more awake and alive when you get the right amount of sleep.

  1. Eat a good amount of breakfast.

Other than sleep, breakfast maybe the only thing that will get you through the day. After all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Some people don’t eat breakfast and they say they are fine but I think you should eat breakfast every day so you will have enough motivation and energy throughout the day. You can even take it with you on the way to school.

  1. Take a break after school.

Taking a break at the end of the day is a good idea. It  will help you because it will clear your mind and take off any stress you may have. Just relax and try not worry about anything. After a long day of school, a little break will do a lot. Related to taking a break, take a nap, because if you take a nap your mind will be cleared. When you wake up you will be energized and relaxed.
Mondays can be hard, but there are ways to “survive” them. There are many more tips and advice too! You can always make up your own methods. Being unique is not bad. So hopefully you will “survive” Mondays and even start liking them!
