If you’re the type of person who loves easy things to make, things that don’t require messes, and things that taste absolutely scrumptious, then these Chocolate Coconut Drop Cookies are perfect for you. In fact, you won’t even need an oven! Plus, they are an original family recipe that has been passed down from my family for generations; not a cheap one time thing on the internet.

Pour all following wet ingredients into a pot on the stove and boil them for one minute.

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter

Thoroughly mix (with hands) all following dry ingredients in a bowl.

  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • a dash of salt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Lay out sheets of waxed paper. Pour wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Quickly form balls of whatever size you like, and place them on the wax paper. Let dry for an hour, or until they are dry. Then, you are done! Enjoy!
