Right before an early morning sports game, toast covered in peanut butter is an amazing way to gain energy. But to not get too stuffed at the same time. Adding banana slices and honey over the top of the toast will completely explode the taste and nutrition.
Apples covered in peanut butter are great tasting and are also healthy. A sour Granny Smith layered in a thick coat of crunchy peanut butter is an amazing snack for anytime during the day. A cold sweet fuji apple will taste just as good. The best part about this is the abundance of apple flavors.
By just adding a bit of peanut butter into the oatmeal mix before cooking it adds a world of flavor. This meal tastes amazing, to kick up the nutrition value, add strawberries and raisins.
