Mr. Lashua’s Theatre Production class have been working on Hamlet(te) The Plie’s the Thing since September 5. Zoe the student stage manager says that the hardest part of the play was the light and sound cues and knowing when everyone is on and off stage. This is because you can’t see from the sound booth if there is a black out and you have to rely on your assistant stage managers to tell you if they are on or not. Carolina, the person who controls the lights, says that for her the hardest part is making sure the lights and sound are good to go for the play.
The theatre production class will be presenting Hamlet(te) the Plie’s the Thing this week on the 16th and the 17th and the show starts at 7. The tickets will be 5 dollars for students and 10 dollars for adults. Today was the showing of the play to the school in 5th and 6th periods.
