-5-6 Apples (depends on the size)
-2 pie crusts(one for the pan and one for the crossing on the top)
-1 cup of sugar
-Cinnamon (optional)
-butter (for the pan)
Directions:
-First you have to core and skin the apple, then cut the apples up in skinny slices.
-Then take the butter and rub it all over the pan before placing the pie crust inside.
-Next put all the apple slices inside and then sprinkle the cup of sugar all over the apple slices. (You can also add a dash of cinnamon)
-Next cut up the other pie crust in slivers that are about 1 inch thick. Then place each sliver about ½ an inch apart from each other on top of the apple slices and then on top of those slivers turn 90 degrees and do the same thing.
-Heat oven to 425 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes.
