Marcus is the Coordinator of Community/Student Relations and he has worked with SBJH for 2 years. His talents include playing the piano, singing, dancing, and canoeing and he also describes himself as mindful, honorable, and panda.
He was born in San Diego and was raised in San Fernando Valley. Growing up, Marcus attended Sepulveda Junior High, Bishop Alemany High School, Los Angeles Mission College, Antioch University, and UCSB. When he was younger, Marcus’ dream was to become a stand up comedian, and he fulfilled that dream when he was older, but then he realized how hard it was to make people laugh.
He said his biggest goal for the 2019-20 school year is to “Provide new and exciting opportunities for students to learn from outside collaborating agencies.”
Overall, Marcus is a great guy and I had a great time getting to know him.
